1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (health supplements and consumables), we can only accept returns under specific conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received, we will replace it or offer a full refund.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos) of the issue.
5. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please ensure that all returns are sent using a trackable shipping service.
