  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Within the UAE

  • Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–4 business days.
  • Deliveries are made through trusted courier partners.
  • In case of remote or out-of-service areas, delivery time may vary slightly.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Delivery time may take 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs procedures.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.

4. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status in real-time.


5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date).
  • For damaged products, share photos or videos as proof for quick resolution.
    We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate before checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
